    MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is the practice of staying in the present moment whilst accepting what is, without trying to change it. It is not merely a relaxation technique but a way of purposefully being in the present moment without judgement.

Whilst hypnotherapy can be used to access and reprogramme subconscious patterns and behaviours, mindfulness can be used to change patterns, thoughts and feelings at a conscious level.

 

This enables us to manage our internal dialogue by being able to observe our thoughts, feelings and reactions without judgement and criticism.

The fusion of hypnotherapy and mindfulness can really help you develop effective tools and techniques that promote personal growth and empowerment.
